Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented 
3D Animator
 with 1–2 years of professional experience in 
keyframe animation
. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 
facial animation
, with a solid understanding of animation principles, facial expressions, and phonemes. Experience with 
Faceware Analyzer and Retargeter
 is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 
    keyframe animations
     for characters and assets.
  • Animate 
    facial performances
     that convey emotion, realism, and accurate lip-sync.
  • Collaborate closely with 
    rigging, modeling, and production teams
     to ensure smooth animation workflows.
  • Refine and polish animations based on creative and technical feedback.
  • Ensure animations meet defined 
    quality standards and delivery timelines
    .
  • Follow established 
    animation pipelines, naming conventions, and best practices
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in 
    3D animation
    .
  • Strong proficiency in 
    keyframe animation
    .
  • Proven experience in 
    facial animation
     (expressions, lip-sync, phonemes).
  • Strong understanding of animation fundamentals such as 
    timing, spacing, weight, and motion
    .
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as 
    Maya
    .
  • Ability to accept feedback constructively and iterate efficiently.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience with 
    Faceware Analyzer and Retargeter
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    motion capture
     and retargeting workflows.
  • Familiarity with 
    game, cinematic, or VFX animation pipelines
    .
