Job Purpose:

The Project Manager - Quality & Accreditation will lead and manage projects aimed at obtaining and maintaining accreditation and certification from NABH. This role involves working closely with hospital staff to ensure that all quality standards are met, preparing necessary documentation, and conducting training and mock assessments to prepare for accreditation audits.

Experience: 2-3 years in hospitals (preferably in NABH accreditation projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Accreditation and Certification Assistance: Guide the hospital in achieving quality accreditations and certifications, focusing on developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures in alignment with these standards.

Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for hospital staff on NABH, standards, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards for accreditation and certification.

Documentation and Record Management: Prepare and assist in managing all forms of documentation required for accreditation and certification processes, ensuring compliance with the respective standards.

Mock Drills and Assessments: Organise and assist in executing mock drills and assessments to evaluate the hospital's readiness for accreditation audits and identify areas for improvement.

Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects related to NABH accreditations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively as required to assist hospitals across different locations in their accreditation and certification efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or related field.

• Certification in healthcare quality management preferred.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in managing quality accreditation projects for healthcare organizations.

• Familiarity with NABH accreditation and certification processes.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare quality, including NABH Standards ( Entry Level Standards and Full NABH Standards)

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prepare and manage comprehensive documentation related to quality standards and accreditation processes.

• Ability to conduct effective training and presentations to diverse audiences.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel as needed to support accreditation and certification projects across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
