Job Description
This role is for a highly dynamic individual with exception skills in program management providing oversight, tracking risks, managing escalations and updating senior leadership

• Role: Technical Project Manager
• Experience: 12-15 years

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years' proven experience in managing multiple projects Or programs with ability to multi task
• In-depth knowledge of the Java programming language, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies.
• Exceptional delivery and risk management experience
• Develop delivery plans, monitor their health and evaluate risks
• Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodology, project management tools, techniques and methods
• Excellent knowledge in integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems
• Ensure compliance to establish standards, quality goals and other defined processes
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders towards desired business outcomes
• Ability to navigate through complex environment, meeting stakeholders, converging ideas into concrete plans
• Assist delivery functions to achieve their delivery goals
• Self-driven, be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Solution oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
• Flexible to work in UK Shift hours
