Bakery Commi

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Commi to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the head chef in planning and preparing bakery menus.
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and supplies are delivered to the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new recipes and ideas to enhance the bakery menu.
• Manage inventory and stock levels of bakery supplies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bakery Commi or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
