We are searching for an experienced Academic Counsellor cum Receptionist.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Counseling prospective students

-Generating student admission

-Guiding the students for career development

-Receiving calls and solve the queries

-Maintain students record

-Communicate with the students and trainers through mails and messages

-Handling client queries and solve them

-Converting potential project leads

-Taking care of classroom infrastructure

-Monitoring housekeeping activities

-Vendor calling

-Work on other office projects as and when required

-Ready to work on holidays if required

Skill Required:

1. Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills (Bengali, Hindi and English)

2. Pleasing Personality & a go-getter attitude

3. Highly motivated

4. Managing Office Activities

5. Basic Computer Knowledge in Word and Excel (knowledge in Google Docs and sheets is an added advantage)

6. Administrative knowledge

7. Petty cash handling

8. Presentable personality

9. Internet Savvy

Other Requirements:

(1) Female Candidates can apply only

(2) She should have Good Communication Skills in Hindi, English And Bengali.

(3) Any Graduation

(4) Age Limit: 24-30
