We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Marketing Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how real marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized inside a performance-driven agency.

As an intern, you will work directly with the founder, gaining live exposure to high-level marketing strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, paid ads, and lead generation systems. This is not a theoretical internship — you'll be in the room where real decisions are made.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate between teams (design, copywriting, ads) to move projects forward
  • Analyze performance data and help prepare reports and insights
  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and new opportunities
  • Help manage marketing systems, automations, and dashboards
  • Learn how to write creative briefs, test hypotheses, and track ROI

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interest in marketing, growth, and digital strategy
  • Eager to understand how funnels, ads, and automation work
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic analytics
  • Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads, ClickFunnels, Zapier, GHL, or email tools

Requirements
