Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and site contractors for flawless project execution.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scopes and objectives with technical inputs and resource planning.
  • Monitor project progress, control changes in timelines/scope, and update stakeholders regularly.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to keep upper management informed of project status.
  • Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and supervise on-site teams.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and delays.
  • Maintain project documentation including BOQs, schedules, and approvals.
  • Evaluate project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance are strictly followed at all project sites.
  • Accept ownership of new assignments to support company goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in solar plant project management.
  • Strong understanding of solar EPC execution, procurement coordination, and installation processes.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Willing to travel frequently and stay at project locations during execution phases.
