Branch Manager/ Site

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and site contractors for flawless project execution.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scopes and objectives with technical inputs and resource planning.
- Monitor project progress, control changes in timelines/scope, and update stakeholders regularly.
- Prepare reports and documentation to keep upper management informed of project status.
- Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and supervise on-site teams.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and delays.
- Maintain project documentation including BOQs, schedules, and approvals.
- Evaluate project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance are strictly followed at all project sites.
- Accept ownership of new assignments to support company goals.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in solar plant project management.
- Strong understanding of solar EPC execution, procurement coordination, and installation processes.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Willing to travel frequently and stay at project locations during execution phases.
