Planning for Retail expansion, Distributor expansion and execution with help of teams 3. Planning for focus products and New product launching 4. Planning for budgets, and implementation of promotion activity etc. 5. Take care of our business partners ( Distributor/Super stockiest) Collect competitor Activity report from the team for future action 6. Ensure effective implementation of Promotional activities 7.
