About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Engineer
with expertise in
Big Data, Cloud, and Microservices
to design and deliver scalable data-driven applications. The role involves building
real-time data pipelines
, developing
microservices with Java/Spring Boot
, leveraging
Azure cloud services (ADF, Functions, Data Lake)
, and working with
event-driven platforms (Kafka)
. The ideal candidate will also support
CI/CD automation, monitoring, and deployments
while collaborating in an Agile environment to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities – Full Stack Engineer:

Big Data Engineering

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Scala, PySpark, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming.
• Work with Databricks for scalable big data solutions, performance tuning, and advanced analytics.
• Implement real-time data processing using Kafka Streams for event-driven workloads.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability in distributed data systems.

Cloud & Data Integration

• Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Develop and maintain cloud-native data solutions on Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Event Hub, Functions, etc.).
• Ensure cost-optimized and secure deployment of workloads in Azure cloud.

Backend & Microservices

• Develop REST APIs and microservices using Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Azure Functions.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Apply best practices for system design, scalability, and fault tolerance.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Use Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, ArgoCD (or similar tools) for code versioning, automation, deployment, and container orchestration.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, and release management.
• Manage deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

Monitoring & Reliability

• Implement monitoring and alerting dashboards using Grafana, NewRelic (or similar tools).
• Perform system health checks, optimize resource usage, and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Support incident response and root-cause analysis for production issues.

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with offshore/onshore stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
• Contribute to system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Big Data, Cloud, and Microservices to drive continuous improvements.

Nice to Have:

Frontend Development

• Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using JavaScript/React.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs for seamless user experiences.

System Design

• API Design, Event driven architecture.
