Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts using our software platforms.
  • Set up and structure accounting systems and ledgers for multiple clients.
  • Ensure accounting accuracy, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation, validation, and finalization of financial statements (as per GAAP/Ind-AS).
  • Conduct analysis of financial and manufacturing data for client insights.
  • Maintain and analyze cost and production data for manufacturing sector clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to optimize financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintain client accounting ledgers.
  • Perform account reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support in financial reporting and cost accounting for manufacturing clients.
  • Analyze financial data for business insights and decision-making.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely financial support.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind-AS).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Practical experience in financial reporting or cost accounting.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹37,076.39 per month
