Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer / Design Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Reporting to: AVP Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who goes beyond creating visuals -someone who can think strategically, collaborate across teams, and shape the brands design language. Youll be responsible for conceptualising and executing impactful design solutions across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Strategy: Translate marketing and brand objectives into compelling visual concepts, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning.
  • Creative Direction: Develop and maintain the brands visual identity, including colour palette, typography, iconography, and graphic systems.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual output.

  • Design Execution:

  • Create engaging visual content for campaigns, digital assets, print materials, presentations, and social media.

  • Develop logos, icons, illustrations, and visual motifs that elevate brand recall.

  • Build and refine custom typography and fonts to enhance brand character.

  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure all design outputs reflect brand guidelines and meet the highest creative standards.

  • Mentorship: Guide junior designers and external creative partners to maintain design excellence across all channels.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across brand, digital, and print media.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects (added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design.
  • Proven ability to create or customise fonts, design logos, and build cohesive brand systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect design decisions to business and marketing goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight timelines.
  • Experience in working with external agencies, printers, or production partners is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and a passion for innovation in design.
