  • Verify addresses, collect payments (if applicable), and obtain signatures.

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct pre-trip checks, and report any issues.

  • Handle packages with care, follow safety protocols, and adhere to traffic rules.

  • Communicate proactively with customers and support team about delays or issues.
