Job Title: International Sales Manager
Job Description:

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated international sales manager based in either Bangalore or Mumbai for our IT products/services. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience, proven sales processes, prospecting and business development skills, and exposure to the international market.

The primary role of the International Sales Manager is to generate international leads for our products/services through outbound prospecting via various outreach channels, such as cold/warm calls, LinkedIn, email, etc. The successful candidate will coordinate with Sales Managers and assist them in building a healthy pipeline that can be readily closed. They must be able to deliver first-level product demos and record all their activities in Sales CRM. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to relay information in a meaningful manner to the management team. They must also possess good internet research skills and must be well-versed with Excel and other Microsoft tools. Sound knowledge of the BPO and/or software industry is desirable.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in international business development, inside sales, or CRM/BPO sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Good internet research skills.
  • Must have an active social media presence and be proficient in LinkedIn.
  • Must have excellent soft skills.
  • Experience working with (US/Africa/APAC & Middle East) is a must.
  • Should be a team player with high collaboration skills to work closely with different functions.

  • Proven sales processes experience, excellent soft skills, and customer management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel Word and PPT.

  • Discipline and perseverance.

  • Team player with collaboration skills to work closely with different functions.
Salary Offered:

The salary package offered is up to INR 12 LPA.
