Job Position Title : Data Architect.

Location : PAN India.

Work Timing : 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST.

Responsibilities :


- Design and maintain the overall data architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business and reporting needs.

- Ensure proper integration of data sources, working closely with BI developers to implement accurate and reliable ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading).

- Design dimensional data models (Kimball approach) and partner with the team to develop LookML models that support reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements, validate data quality, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for data architecture, modeling, and governance across concurrent initiatives.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and managing expectations in a multi-project environment.

Required Skillsets :


- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and database management.

- Hands-on expertise with Looker (LookML), Snowflake, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and dimensional modeling (Kimball approach).

- Knowledge of Databricks (hands-on experience a plus but not mandatory).

- Proven ability to design and implement ETL pipelines and manage large-scale data integrations.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
