About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in
Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
, along with a deep technical understanding of the platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring and guiding developers to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives.

Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex and scalable Salesforce code solutions while guiding the development team on best practices and optimal implementation.
  • Provide
    technical leadership and mentorship
    to developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Perform
    hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization
    as required.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    to ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest
    Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices
    , and proactively share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce platform limitations
    and the ability to design efficient solutions within or around those constraints.
  • Proven expertise in
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    .
  • Deep proficiency in
    Apex development
    , including
    asynchronous and batch processing
    .
  • Minimum
    6 years of experience
    in Salesforce development.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in a
    senior or lead developer role
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce platform capabilities
    , including
    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud
    .
  • Salesforce certifications preferred —
    Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    , with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with
    Agile development methodologies
    is a plus.
  • Ability to
    thrive in a fast-paced environment
    and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Fluent in
    English (speaking and writing)
    .

Work Arrangement

  • Immediate onboarding preferred
    (within 2 weeks maximum).
  • Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you'll
    work from home
    — requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • From
    January 2026
    , this role will transition to
    on-site
    at our
    Kolkata office
    , with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
