Key responsibilities include designing posts, editing photos and videos, and developing templates, while required skills involve proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Create Visuals: Develop eye-catching graphics, images, and video content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing, content, and creative teams to align design concepts with brand objectives and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals adhere to the company's brand guidelines, including logos, colors, and typography.
  • Adapt Designs for Platforms: Tailor designs for the specific requirements and best practices of different social media platforms.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and new software features.
  • Manage Projects and Deadlines: Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and potentially video editing tools.
  • Creativity and Conceptualization: Ability to brainstorm and execute innovative design ideas that capture audience attention and communicate messages.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality and error-free designs.
  • Typography and Layout Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles to create visually appealing and effective layouts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design ideas and receive feedback from team members.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality graphic design work, particularly for social media.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
