Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounts operations using Tally ERP (mandatory skill).
  • Handle purchase activities, including vendor coordination, quotations, and order processing.
  • Oversee store management, including inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and material issuance.
  • Support finance-related tasks such as billing, payments, and expense monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for accounts, purchases, and store activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management on accounts, purchases, and stock status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (must-have).
  • Strong knowledge of accounts, purchase, store, and finance operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Business Administration, or related field.
  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance with Tally certification (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts, purchase, and store management.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
