Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Case Manager Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying IBM Case Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing case management solutions for various enterprise clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement business solutions using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet technologies.
  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Customize Case Manager solutions using widgets, scripts, and workflows.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Case Manager implementations.
  • Provide technical documentation and end-user training as needed.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and workshops across different client locations (as required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Process Designer.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Dojo, and other web technologies used in customizing Case Manager solutions.
  • Experience with workflow development, content management, and document processing.
  • Familiarity with IBM BPM or BAW (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IBM Certified Case Manager Developer (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with clients in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government domains.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
