Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Manage social media calendars and campaign timelines to ensure consistency.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
- Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and build strong online communities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
