Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Bangalore, is for a Techno-Commercial Associate. In this role, you will engage in technical sales, communicate effectively with grocery, apparel and electronics stores, demonstrate new fintech product, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist in installation and configuration. You will work on building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to client-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales-related techniques for meeting objectives and driving revenue
  • Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Understanding of fintech and loyalty management programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site, team-oriented environment
