Position Overview

Preethi Wear is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our Coimbatore & Chennai. This role is responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maternity and new born retail and the ability to lead a small store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise and motivate store staff, including sales associates and support staff.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance metrics.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation.
  • Manage cash, POS operations, and banking procedures.
  • Report store performance, sales, and issues to management regularly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate with 3-5 years experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel, fashion, or maternity wear.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and merchandising.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
