Role Summary:

  • We're looking for a confident and design-aware Sales Executive to represent Elegatra at our lighting showroom. You'll assist walk-in clients, interior designers, and builders—guiding them through our curated collection and ensuring smooth delivery and installation of selected pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Sales & Client Interaction

  • Greet and guide clients through our curated collection
  • Understand client needs and suggest lighting & décor solutions
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, explain pricing & customization
  • Close high-value sales and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collect feedback and encourage referrals

Design Assistance & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and contractors
  • Attend site visits and support lighting layout consultations
  • Monitor timely delivery and installation of products
  • Ensure damage-free, smooth installation and manage vendor coordination if replacements are needed
