Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Coffee Culture is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the entire accounts operations. The ideal candidate must be from the Food & Beverages industry and should have strong experience in GST DDS filing and direct reporting to the Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations of the outlet(s)/company.

Oversee daily accounting transactions — payables, receivables, sales, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and documentation.

Handle GSTDDS filing, data preparation, and timely submission to CA.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Coordinate directly with the CA on audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

Monitor inventory controls, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

Conduct internal audits and cost/variance analysis.

Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

5+ years of accounting experience (preference: F&B / Restaurant / Café industry).

Expertise in GSTDDS filing and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Accounting software.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently with high ownership and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Previous experience in F&B accounts operations.

Ability to handle workload, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and discipline.
