Sales Excecutive

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our upcoming retail outlet at Srinagar Airport. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and new arrivals.
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions and billing with accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales. Candidates with writing instruments or lifestyle product sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers: Not eligible.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, or local language is mandatory.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
