Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform routine maintenance on AC units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and wiring.
  • Test AC systems for proper operation after repairs or installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certifications / Diploma in relevant field
  • Proven experience in installation and servicing of a variety of air conditioning systems.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC principles and systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
