(IO System) is hiring experienced journal and publication professionals for its Manuscript Receiving Department (MRD).

This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for those who have worked with academic journals or open-access publications and wish to continue contributing from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify researcher/author contact data (Name, Email, Institution, Research Area, Country).
• Source data from authentic academic websites, university pages, and research platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and upload daily records into the system.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in academic journals or publication workflows.
• Familiar with databases such as Google Scholar, ORCID, ResearchGate, Scopus, etc.
• Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and good communication.

Work Details

• Type: Work From Home (Part-Time, 1–2 hrs/day)
• Location: India (Nationwide)
