Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Instrumentation & Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in instrumentation, mechanical systems, and plant operations, with proficiency in HMI, SCADA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. This role will play a key part in driving engineering excellence, ensuring operational reliability, and contributing to Adimems commitment to innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation and mechanical systems in alignment with project and plant requirements.
  • Support automation and control systems including HMI & SCADA programming, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Create, review, and update detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Oversee installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of equipment and instruments.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.
  • Uphold compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation, mechanical engineering, or plant operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HMI, SCADA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
  • Exposure to membrane / water treatment / process industries preferred (not mandatory).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • The candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement (NCA).
