Position: HR Executive – Onboarding and L&D

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year (HR domain)

Education: BBA (HR) / MBA (HR) / Postgraduate in Industrial Psychology

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires across locations.

· Releasing offers, ensuring documentation for onboarding.

· Organize and facilitate soft skills and behavioural training sessions to enhance employee effectiveness.

· Support in Learning & Development initiatives – training need analysis, scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining records.

· Create, circulate, and analyse employee engagement and training feedback surveys using online tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, MS Forms).

· Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

· Maintain onboarding and training MIS reports and prepare periodic dashboards for management review.

· Assist in designing and updating induction materials, training content, and employee communication.

· Actively contribute to building a positive and engaging work culture through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and survey tools

· Enthusiastic and proactive approach towards learning and employee engagement

· Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively

· Attention to detail and process orientation
