Description
Famic Technologies Pvt Ltd is an IT company supporting the development of renowned software solutions, including:

  • Automation Studio: design and simulation of fluid power and industrial automation technologies;
  • Automation Studio Live Manifold: design, quoting and prototyping of hydraulic manifold blocs;
  • Andon Studio: real-time monitoring of machine productivity, optimizing operations and managing work processes, in line with Industry 4.0.

We are currently looking for dynamic and motivating individuals to fill the position of Software Development Team Leader. Our software development methodology is inspired of IEEE, SEI and CMM standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and coordinate the software development team's activities;
  • Act as the technical resource person and participate in the various activities of software applications development lifecycle;
  • Coordinate/collaborate with the various Departments involved in the development, including the clients;
  • Follow up and control schedules to ensure deadlines and compliance of deliverables with established budget and quality objectives;
  • Participate in the software development activities;
  • Test and identify improvements to existing applications;
  • Collaborate with team members on quality assurance efforts in validation and certification;
  • Be involved in the company's quality management system and ensure its proper implementation in the software development team.

Qualifications

  • MTech in computer science, software engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and relational database management systems including SQL Server;
  • Master at least one methodology in software development, including UML, RUP, etc.;
  • Master the development within Windows .NET platform (including WPF and WCF);
  • Excellent knowledge of the development of client/server and Internet applications, Java, Java Servlet, Java Applet and JSP, HTML, XML;
  • Good knowledge of software development standards including SEI, CMM, ISO;
  • Good experience in project management.

Preferable expertise

  • Leadership, team spirit and work ethics;
  • Organized, autonomous, resourceful and meticulous.
  • Excellent communications both orally and in writing in English.
