Retail Sales Executive Foreign Exchange

Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Executive in the Foreign Exchange division, you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, managing currency exchange transactions, and promoting forex products such as travel cards and outward remittances. The role requires excellent customer service skills, adherence to compliance norms, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Greet and assist walk-in customers for foreign currency exchange, prepaid forex cards, wire transfers, and related services.
  • • Educate customers about forex products and cross-sell travel cards, insurance, and value-added services.
  • • Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance as per RBI and company policies.
  • • Handle cash accurately, maintain transaction records, and reconcile at day-end.
  • • Monitor and update exchange rates to customers.
  • • Achieve branch sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
  • • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and regulatory guidelines.
