Looking for Girls Hostel Warden(Only Female) who have previous experience in handling MBBS and Nursing students, staff.

Job description

Bachelors degree holder with experience in managing hostel, mess & student discipline. Should be proficient in maintaining all records registers. Computer knowledge preferred.

Female Candidate with Hostel Warden experience and Degree holder only Apply

  • Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.
  • Reports to the Dean in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
  • Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
  • Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff, if required.
  • Experience in medical college is preferable.
  • Physically fit and punctual, the hostel warden should have security measures knowledge, reading, and understanding ability to take action of any incoming message or telephone calls.
  • Be familiar with hostel rules and regulations and able to adhere to all set policies, mentally strong and should have analytical skills to determine the situation immediately, a longtime working capacity with a strong mind
  • The hostel warden looks after the whole hostel and its functions which include meal ordering, cleaning, and whatever else they deem necessary to maintain the hostel and be an effective manager.
  • The hostel warden must ensure all students are present in their rooms. Check all security measures and deputy assistant wardens to the respective blocks for duty. Coordinate with Canteen staff to provide three-time foods i.e. breakfast, lunch, and dinner timely .
  • The hostel warden plays an important role in the management of the hostel. They are there to make sure everything is running smoothly and all the guests are provided with the best experience and service.
  • Accountable for hostel inventories (Beds, cupboards, dining table, pillows, chairs etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
