Treasury Operations Manager

What you'll do:


• Lead a team of supporting Treasury operations across banking, cash management, and

trade finance


• Manage an international team responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of bank

accounts including opening, closing, signer updates, and documentation coordination with

legal and compliance teams


• Collaborate with Treasury and data engineering teams to build out Treasury data

infrastructure to support key initiatives leveraging machine learning, data visualization, and

artificial intelligence


• Lead initiatives to automate management reporting processes by deploying advanced

analytics platforms to enhance reporting accuracy, accelerating timelines, and enabling real-

time decision-making across global treasury operations.


• Partner with cross functional stakeholders and banks to manage inbound letters of credit

and bank guarantees, including issuance, compliance, and lifecycle oversight.


• Partner with legal and our global banking partners to ensure that all bank accounts and

subsidiaries are compliant with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering

(AML) requirements.


• Perform periodic Sarbanes-Oxley user access and segregation of duties reviews for banking

users to ensure strong internal controls.


• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify additional use cases for AI in treasury

operations, such as process automation, cash forecasting, anomaly detection, and liquidity

optimization.


• Serve as a subject matter expert for global banking products and services to corporate

stakeholders.


• Maintain excellent, extremely time-sensitive communication with all internal and external

stakeholders.


• Assist or lead additional ad hoc support projects/initiatives.


• Responsible for driving metrics reporting across cash management and banking teams

Who you are:


• Bachelor's degree - Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Data science


• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R


• Minimum 7 years of experience working in banking, corporate treasury, corporate

accounting, or comparable education


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Knowledge of banking regulations, banking practices, cash management and foreign

exchange


• Strong organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills


• Advanced user in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI


• Experience with International trade regulations, compliance (e.g., anti-money laundering),

knowledge of trade products (letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections), and
