  1. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of telesales agents or customer service representatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  1. Training & Performance Monitoring:
  • Train new team members and onboard them effectively.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide additional training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor daily performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics for team performance (e.g., sales numbers, customer satisfaction).
  1. Sales & Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure the team is delivering exceptional customer service by resolving queries and providing tailored travel solutions.
  • Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
  • Manage escalated customer issues or complaints and ensure resolutions are timely and satisfactory.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's travel packages and services to offer accurate information to both customers and team members.
