Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Executive to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • [1–3] years of HR experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills(English).
  • High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Female candidates are preferred
