Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: Gurugram

Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors solution support, including configuration, testing, and training.

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and recommend process improvements.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior consultants on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and processes.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors, advising clients on enhancements, upgrades, and system optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Strong expertise in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and data migration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
