Role Overview

We're looking for an Early Childhood Curriculum Developer who can bring both structure and creativity to life. This role is for someone who's deeply passionate about how children learn — but also understands how to make learning scalable, practical, and measurable.

You'll be responsible for designing, researching, and implementing Kind Cognita — our proprietary curriculum framework — ensuring it aligns with global early years standards while being culturally relevant for Indian classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and document structured lesson plans, activities, and assessment frameworks for children aged 2–6.
  • Collaborate with a global team of education experts from the UK and US to align international standards with Indian learning contexts.
  • Create training materials and handbooks for teachers and centre partners.
  • Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure every classroom object and learning aid serves a purpose-driven educational function.
  • Conduct pilot studies, gather feedback from teachers, and continuously improve the curriculum.
  • Produce professional documentation, reports, and internal communication that reflect academic depth and creative clarity.
  • Juggle multiple priorities — from content creation and parent communication models to research and rollout timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Background: Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or Education Studies.
  • Experience: 2–6 years in curriculum design, teacher training, or preschool/edtech content roles.
  • Mindset: Startup-ready — adaptive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative and calculated risks.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong research and analytical abilities, and a flair for turning theory into real-world classroom practice.
  • Bonus: Experience with international curricula (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, HEI Schools, etc.)
