unRole & responsibilities

  • Manage travel and hotel bookings
  • CV Sourcing/HR Management
  • Coordination with the internal staff.
  • Hiring on all levels
  • Appointment and Relieving documentation experience
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Day-to-day coordination with the staff for internal review meetings
  • Managing day-to-day operations of MD and directly reporting to him
  • Preparation and editing of reports, presentations, correspondences, and MIS
  • Send e-mails, Screen emails, or reply to emails
  • Organize and Maintain personal and official files and folders systematically
  • Preparation of different daily, weekly and monthly reports, presentations, etc
  • Framing HR Policies

Required Candidate profile

  • Highly motivated and able to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and willingness to deal with ad-hoc assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Should have a background in consulting firm like BIM ,PMC, Engineering & Architecture to understand technical requirements and industry trends.
