Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SAP Datasphere

Roles & Responsibilities
As a SAP Datasphere Lead Consultant resource should design and develop data models, integrating data from diverse sources, and providing technical solutions for business challenges. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs, optimizing performance, creating reports and dashboards, and sharing knowledge. Key roles within Datasphere include Data Warehouse Administrator, Catalog Administrator, Modeler, and Viewer, each with specific permissions for managing, building, and consuming data assets.

Key Responsibilities

•    Data Modeling & Development\: Design and develop data models, data flows, and data pipelines within SAP Datasphere. 

•    Data Integration\: Integrate data from various SAP and non-SAP sources into Datasphere for analysis. 

•    Business Collaboration\: Work with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

•    Performance Optimization\: Optimize the performance of data pipelines, queries, and overall system performance. 

•    Data Governance & Security\: Implement data governance and security best practices to manage and protect data assets. 

•    Reporting & Analytics\: Design and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business decisions. 

•    Troubleshooting & Support\: Analyze and resolve issues, providing support and training to users on SAP Datasphere features. 

•    Documentation & Knowledge Sharing\: Create user guides, maintain documentation, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Qualifications/Skills we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Education\: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

•    Experience\: Experience in data management or a similar role. Experience with SAP Information Steward is preferred.

•    Skills\: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

•    Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
