The Solution Consultant plays a key role in understanding partner technology ecosystems, identifying new opportunities, optimizing system performance, and driving marketplace efficiency. This role bridges business, technical, and operational functions to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner systems, processes, and technology to identify untapped or underutilized opportunities.
  • Create and execute experiment proposals aimed at increasing marketplace liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Investigate anomalies and identify root causes behind variances in key performance indicators such as spend and engagement metrics.
  • Manage and resolve data or metric discrepancies between internal systems and partner platforms.
  • Analyze channel workflows and identify optimization opportunities across partner interfaces.
  • Support internal and external reporting needs, including inputs for quarterly business reviews.
  • Design and distribute customer surveys to enhance understanding of partner systems and performance.
  • Maintain a complete repository of client and channel knowledge, offering insights to internal teams that interact with partners.
  • Troubleshoot marketplace or system issues that impact liquidity or integration performance.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with support, integration, and technical operations teams across partner organizations.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong service orientation with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience analyzing or managing digital marketplaces; exposure to RTB technologies and campaign optimization is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and data exploration using tools such as Excel, Python, or similar.
  • Strong systems-thinking approach with the ability to connect technical and business aspects.
  • Familiarity with key web technologies and eagerness to expand knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
