Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager with 10+ years of experience in .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server to lead and manage a team of software engineers. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers
  • Oversee design, development, and delivery of applications using .NET, ASP.NET, .Net Core and SQL Server
  • Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, security, and performance best practices
  • Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and performance management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server
  • Proven experience in technical leadership / people management
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and OOP concepts
  • Experience with REST APIs and database optimization
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GCP/AWS cloud platforms
  • Experience managing enterprise or large-scale systems
