Role & responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain part-wise pricing for all customers.
  • Follow up on price revisions based on variable cost changes.
  • Handle payment collection (A/R) and ensure timely recovery of dues.
  • Acknowledge tooling POs, verify payment terms, and send Proforma Invoices for tooling payments.
  • Coordinate closure of customer contracts and documents within deadlines.
  • Support ISO / IATF / AS documentation and face related audits.
  • Maintain accurate ERP entries for quotations, pricing, and payments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in ERP & MS Office
  • Strong communication in English & Tamil
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Plastic & Die Casting processes
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and audit-ready
