We are looking for a skilled Open Text Info Archive Engineer with 6 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive working experience with OpenText Info Archive version 23.X and higher, as well as strong skills in OpenText InfoArchive 20.4, 21.2, 23.x, xDB, and PSQL.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement OpenText Info Archive solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for OpenText Info Archive projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OpenText Info Archive.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on OpenText Info Archive applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data management.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of OpenText InfoArchive components, including IA Server, IA WebApp, and xDB or Postgres SQL.
  • Experience with ETL processes and SME integration.
  • Familiarity with HAF Archiving (HSBC Archive factory) is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any graduation full time.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
