We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensure proper handling and storage of RM/PM/FG, and maintain full compliance with WHO-GMP, FIFO/FEFO, and documentation standards at our mfg unit Dallas Drugs Pvt Ltd., Baddi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper material identification, status labelling, and segregation as per GMP.
  • Maintain stock records in ERP/logbooks and monitor inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation.
  • Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO, warehouse hygiene, temperature/humidity controls, and pest control protocols.
  • Coordinate with QC for sampling, QA for release status, and Production for timely dispensing.
  • Oversee material movement, loading/unloading, and ensure safe handling practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
