Project Description

'- Receive refunds request from BSP

  • Download request & record details

  • Work on calculations

  • Work / update BSP with final calculation

  • Once accepted provide credit to the pax / staff

Domain Requirements


• Well versed with PNR reading which includes PNR, PNR history and interpretation of remarks.


• IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred


• Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge – Preferable not mandatory


• Refunds knowledge / Calculating Refunds / Processing Refund Rules


• Refunds Processing via BSP / ARC / GDS


• GDS knowledge


• Refunds related experience via any Travel Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Refunds Back office Process


• Information of non-refundable taxes and how to read/interpret tax information in Amadeus.


• Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund request from BSP link.

Other Requirements

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of tickets issued with various Form of payments on ticket like CASH/CC

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications

  • Need to know the general procedure over refund/ Under refund cases.

  • Ability to handle all types of refund calculations for exchange/part/downgrade.

  • Willing to work in shifts
