SAP Group Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and support the SAP Group Reporting solution within the SAP S/4HANA suite to meet business needs. Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, controlling, IT) to gather requirements and ensure alignment of financial reporting systems with business objectives. Support monthly, quarterly, and year end consolidation and reporting processes using SAP Group Reporting. Perform data integration from source systems into SAP Group Reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Group Reporting and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO). Provide user training and support on SAP Group Reporting functionalities. Stay up to date with SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve financial processes. Support system upgrades and optimizations for SAP Group Reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with SAP Group Reporting (S/4HANA) or SAP Financial Consolidation (FC) module. Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes. In depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and other accounting standards. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI/CO) and integration with SAP Group Reporting. Familiarity with the SAP Fiori interface and its use in financial reporting. Ability to analyze and resolve complex reporting issues. Strong communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and senior management. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.
