Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Studio SME with a minimum of 5 years in Workday Studio integrations, certified in relevant Workday technologies, to lead project delivery and mentor a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday Studio integrations.
  • Lead collaborative design discussions and provide innovative integration solutions.
  • Manage and guide the team in architectural decision-making.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute in project-critical decisions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges and offer scalable solutions.

  • Provide guidance on integration patterns, deployment strategies, and continuous improvement.

    Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio.

  • Workday Studio certification (mandatory).
  • Strong command of application design principles and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Deep expertise in Workday tools, APIs, connectors, and integration architecture.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex Workday integrations at scale.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

    Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Workday Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connectors.

  • Knowledge of INSIDE Workday HCM or relevant modules.
  • Prior experience working in large-scale projects or global development centers.

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate
