Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor quality control at all stages of construction and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to project management.
  • Manage labor and subcontractor activities, resolving technical issues on-site promptly.
  • Ensure availability of materials and equipment on site in coordination with procurement teams.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply).
  • Experience: 710 years in site execution for residential/commercial real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
