Growexx is seeking a
Backend Engineer / NestJS / Go)
with strong hands-on experience in , NestJS, and Go to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for one of its clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs using , NestJS, and Go.
  • Migrate and refactor existing NestJS services to Go, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Deploy and support cloud-based microservices and backend components.
  • Work with existing services to fix bugs, enhance functionality, and add new features.
  • Apply best practices in software design patterns, code quality, and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
  • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure reliable and maintainable code.
  • Utilize AWS services for scalable and efficient deployments.

Education and Experience

  • B Tech/B. E./MCA
  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, focusing on , NestJS, and Go.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern backend frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, or related services).
  • Experience developing and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with software design patterns, programming paradigms, and best practices for
  • Experience with cloud deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless design.
  • Knowledge of API Gateway, message queues, or event-driven systems.

Analytical and Personal Skills

  • Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Good Communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work.
