Position: Legal and Compliance Intern

Location: Andheri (E)

Duration: 3–6 months Internship

Key Responsibilities -

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Maintain and organize legal and compliance documentation and databases.
  • Support the team in monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Help in preparing compliance checklists and tracking statutory deadlines.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information

Requirements -

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a
    Law degree (LLB/LLM)
    or related legal studies.
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Attention to detail and uphold confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Contract laws and Corporate law
