  • Coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Use A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, ROI, and growth metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Design and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Develop and optimize onboarding, engagement, and retention processes.
  • Identify and execute growth hacking tactics to rapidly test and iterate on marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and manage growth experiments to test new ideas and optimize existing channels.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools and features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
